Delivery time varies from a few days to about four weeks, depending on location and customs. Every parcel is insured, tracked, and video-documented from packing to dispatch.

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees according to their country’s laws.

While we strive to represent each artwork as accurately as possible, please be aware that colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings, device type, and ambient lighting. Additionally, photographs cannot fully capture the true depth, texture, and subtle color variations present in original hand-painted works. Slight differences between the image and the physical artwork are to be expected and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Payments are accepted via Visa and Mastercard through secure online processing. A personal payment link (online invoice) is generated for each client. I do not handle or store any payment information, all transactions are managed securely by the bank.

12.5% tax is included in the artwork price. Invoices are issued in local currency, with conversion rates applied according to the national bank on the invoice date.

Invoices are sent only after all shipping options and possibilities have been confirmed with the client. Once every detail is secured, payment can be completed.

Online payments are strongly recommended. In rare cases, direct bank transfers may be accepted. All receipts and invoices are automatically issued.
