For artworks up to $400 USD, full upfront payment is required. For larger commissions over $400 USD, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining 50% paid once the work is complete. This ensures commitment while giving clients flexibility on larger projects.

Redeeming is simple. The recipient just contacts me by email, shares their name and the giver’s name, and answers a security password question included with the certificate. From there, we begin the commission process together.
