Artworks marked "Available" can be purchased and shipped immediately.
Artworks marked "Sold" are no longer in stock, but may be commissioned in a new, custom version, inspired by the original.
If you've chosen a piece from the gallery you'd like to purchase, please CONTACT ME DIRECTLY and mention the exact title or description of the artwork.
To speed up the process, you may optionally include your full shipping details: full legal name, complete address, and phone number with international code.
I’ll get back to you within 1–2 days with the total cost (including shipping) and next steps.
Your personal information will only be used to process your order and shipment.

CONCEPT SKETCH & REVISIONS
After we discuss your concept, I will create one free preliminary pencil sketch (graphite, black & white). This will serve as a reference for your future artwork.
I do not use digital sketches or color mockups
This sketch includes one round of minor changes
If a full redraw or concept change is needed, a small additional fee will apply before proceeding

BUT HOW MUCH?
To begin your custom artwork, I typically require an upfront payment — the amount depends on the size and complexity of the piece. You’ll find full details about deposits, payment options, and cancellation policies in the Payment Terms section below.
ART COMMISSION PROGRESS UPDATES
You'll receive photo and video updates as your artwork is being created — offering a behind-the-scenes look at the commission process. While there’s no fixed update schedule, I share progress as it naturally unfolds, typically every 1–2 weeks depending on the stage.

TIMELINE ESTIMATES
In general, you can keep the following timeframes in mind when commissioning an artwork:
A3 Pencil Drawing (29.7 × 42 cm / 11.7 × 16.5 in)
3–7 business days
Oil Portrait (50 × 100 cm / 19.7 × 39.4 in)
Up to 6 months
Timeframe varies depending on size, medium, detail, and my current schedule. You’ll be informed in advance of any significant delays.

CUSTOM PACKAGING PROCESS
All artworks are shipped in custom-built plywood boxes, handcrafted to match the exact dimensions of each painting or drawing. These protective cases are lined with high-quality bubble wrap to ensure your artwork arrives safely and undamaged.
HANDLING TIME
Because I personally build each shipping box by hand, the handling time is 1–5 business days, depending on size and materials.
This approach ensures high safety standards while helping reduce costs by avoiding third-party packaging services.
SHIPPING SERVICES & DELIVERY TIMES
All ready-made artwork and custom art commissions are shipped worldwide via EMS international shipping services. Each order is securely packed, insured, and includes a tracking number provided the same day your artwork is dispatched for worldwide delivery.

PAYMENT TERMS
As an independent artist, I work on a made-to-order basis and create every piece with care, intention, and time.
Below are my policies regarding payment, refunds, and exchanges. By confirming your commission or purchasing an artwork, you acknowledge and accept the terms listed on this page. If you have any questions about the payment structure or policy, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to explain and help clarify everything.
COMMISSION PAYMENT TERMS
To confirm your custom artwork, I usually ask for a 30–50% upfront payment on larger commissions.
For smaller pieces or limited-budget requests, I may require full payment in advance.
Please note that this payment is non-refundable once the sketching or painting process has started, as each piece is highly personal and made to order.
Once the artwork is complete and ready to ship, I will send an invoice for the final balance. The artwork is shipped the next working day after the final payment is received.
TERMS OF COMMISSION
If a commission is canceled after the non-refundable payment is made and work has already begun, I reserve the full right to modify, resell, or publicly display the unfinished or completed artwork at my discretion.
I retain the right to use photos and video footage of the commissioned artwork for my portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, and promotional materials. Personal client details will never be disclosed without consent.
If your commission is of a highly personal nature and you prefer it not be shared publicly, please let me know in advance — I’m happy to respect that.

12.5% tax (paid by the artist as a self-employed professional)

PRIVACY NOTICE
Your personal information (such as name, address, and contact details) will only be used to process your order and arrange delivery. This information will never be sold or shared, except when necessary to fulfill your order — for example, with shipping providers or secure payment platforms.
All payments are processed through trusted third-party services. I do not collect or store your credit card or banking details.
By submitting your information, you consent to its use for communication, fulfillment, and delivery purposes.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your data at any time, in accordance with international privacy regulations, including the GDPR.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
I do not offer refunds on any artwork, whether commissioned or ready-made. However, I understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s what I can offer:
EXCHANGES ON READY-MADE ARTWORKS
You may exchange a ready-made piece for another of equal or greater value
Shipping is not included and must be paid by the customer
The returned piece must arrive undamaged and in original packaging
Exchanges are not possible if the returned piece is damaged during transit
NO EXCHANGES ON PERSONAL COMMISSIONS
Due to the deeply personal and non-replicable nature of custom commissions (such as portraits of family or pets), these pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
General legal agreements for tattooing procedure
