Once you place your order, it will take approximately one week to prepare the painting for shipment. Delivery to any location typically takes 7 to 14 business days, although this timeframe may vary based on global circumstances.

The package is shipped with full postal insurance, and a tracking code is provided on the same day. Packing, transportation to the post office, and the entire process are video-documented and sent to the buyer.

I do not provide refunds for understandable reasons. However, I can suggest an exchange for another work of equal or greater value, with shipping costs excluded.

Delivery time varies from a few days to about four weeks, depending on location and customs. Every parcel is insured, tracked, and video-documented from packing to dispatch.

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees according to their country’s laws.

Payments are accepted via Visa and Mastercard through secure online processing. A personal payment link (online invoice) is generated for each client. I do not handle or store any payment information, all transactions are managed securely by the bank.

12.5% tax is included in the artwork price. Invoices are issued in local currency, with conversion rates applied according to the national bank on the invoice date.

Invoices are sent only after all shipping options and possibilities have been confirmed with the client. Once every detail is secured, payment can be completed.

Online payments are strongly recommended. In rare cases, direct bank transfers may be accepted. All receipts and invoices are automatically issued.
