All paintings and large, fragile artworks are shipped in individual wooden boxes.
Once you place your order, it will take approximately one week to prepare the painting for shipment. Delivery to any location typically takes 7 to 14 business days, although this timeframe may vary based on global circumstances.
The package is shipped with full postal insurance, and a tracking code is provided on the same day. Packing, transportation to the post office, and the entire process are video documented and sent to the buyer.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
I do not offer refunds for understandable reasons.
I can suggest exchanging for another work of the same or higher value with shipping costs not being included.

Each artwork is prepared and packed individually according to its size, materials, and the destination country’s import rules. Preparation may take up to 7 days.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and confirmed before payment, once delivery options and restrictions are checked.

Due to recent postal regulations, shipments to the United States are temporarily unavailable. USA clients: please contact me to discuss workarounds. Packaging materials and postal services differ by country, for example, some regions require cardboard instead of plywood boxes, or limit postal insurance and express options.

Delivery time varies from a few days to about four weeks, depending on location and customs. Every parcel is insured, tracked, and video-documented from packing to dispatch.

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees according to their country’s laws.

Payments are accepted via Visa and Mastercard through secure online processing. A personal payment link (online invoice) is generated for each client. I do not handle or store any payment information, all transactions are managed securely by the bank.

12.5% tax is included in the artwork price. Invoices are issued in local currency, with conversion rates applied according to the national bank on the invoice date.

Invoices are sent only after all shipping options and possibilities have been confirmed with the client. Once every detail is secured, payment can be completed.

Online payments are strongly recommended. In rare cases, direct bank transfers may be accepted. All receipts and invoices are automatically issued.
